Swatch: N.6 Beauty Experience 03 - 09 - 24 - 25 - 28 - 29 - 39 - 48 - 51 - 52

Here's my "picture heavy" post about the N.6 Beauty Experience polishes I posted about here!

I tried to limit the "overload" swatching the polishes two by two, but in some cases I had to do some extra experiments :-)

I must say that I found these polishes quite easy to apply; I forgot to take a picture of the brush (I will remedy soon), it's the "old school" kind: flat and not too wide, I think that ladies with tiny/narrow nails will appreciate it.

Ecco qui il post con tutte le foto degli smalti N.6 Beauty Experience che vi avevo presentato qui.

Ho cercato di contenere le dimensioni del post, presentandoveli due a due, ma in un paio di casi ho dovuto proprio "deviare" facendo qualche esperimento :-).

In generale devo dire che mi sono trovata molto bene per quanto riguarda la stesura; non ho fotografato il pennello (rimedierò), ma è del tipo "old school", piatto e non molto largo, immagino comodo anche per chi ha le unghie piccole/non molto larghe.

N.6 Beauty Experience 52 - 29

52 magenta shimmer (with blue sparkles) really pigmented. I applied two coats, but it could be easily a one coater (check first coat picture).

29 lilac with silver shimmer, a little bit more frosty than its sibling. Two coats.

I decided to try them also with some shiny and matte top coat (from Essence), I really liked the glossy magenta and the satin lilac.

52 magenta con shimmer blu-magenta, pigmentatissimo (una passata sarebbe stata sufficiente, come vedete dalla foto del primo strato), anche se per lo swatch finale ne ho applicate due.
Colore vibrante e super estivo!

29 lilla con shimmer argento, con un finish leggermente più frosty del magenta. Due passate.

Ho provato ad applicare su entrambi un top coat matte ed uno lucido, mi è piaciuto molto il lilla opacizzato, mentre il magenta secondo me è al suo meglio in versione lucida.

N.6 Beauty Experience 39-25

39 a squishy red jelly (or crelly?), here the result after two coats. Really delicious ^_^

25 a golden almost foil-slightly frosty (I really couldn't label it); I had to apply a third coat on my ring finger to cover a patch, two coats on my pinkie.

39 un rosso jelly (o crelly, come finish a metà tra il jelly e il laccato-creme), che vedete qui dopo due passate, l'ho trovato carinissimo!

25 un dorato tra il foil e il frost, sull'anulare ho dovuto dare una terza passata per coprire una zona non uniforme, due passate sul mignolo.

N.6 Beauty Experience 09-28

 

28 a wonderful dark blue shimmer, perfect after one coat (as you will see here). Applying a shiny top coat really makes it sparkle under sunlight. I fell head over heels with this shade *__*!

09 a light gold metallic/foil; a very nice shade...BTW back in 2011 I bought a N.6 Beauty Experience with the same number (at that time they had names, this was Liquid Jewel) and I still have it in my untrieds; I compared the polishes and they look really similar. Anyway here you will see the new version: two coats that dried in a blink of an eye!

28 questo è stato il mio preferito in assoluto: un blu notte shimmer, perfetto in una sola passata (come lo vedete qui, veramente non valeva la pena darne una seconda). 

Con una mano di top coat lucido lo shimmer si vede ancora meglio *_*

09 un dorato chiaro tra il metallico e il foil...Tra l'altro nei miei untried avevo una boccetta (vecchio tipo, quello stondato) N.6 Beauty Esperience con lo stesso numero (si chiamava Liquid Jewel) e i due colori, comparati su bastoncino, sono quasi identici! Comunque qui vedete la nuova versione, due passate asciugatesi in un batter d'occhio.

I liked a lot this color combo, so I tried also stamping with these polishes, but I think that despite being pigmented and easy to apply, they are not "thick" enough to be used as stamping polishes (the pattern tends to "run").

La combinazione di colori mi piaceva tantissimo, così ho provato a fare una prova di stamping, però credo che questi due smalti, pur essendo pigmentati e agevoli da applicare, non siano abbastanza densi per essere usati in questo modo (si "spandono" un po' in giro, compromettendo la nitidezza del disegno).

N.6 Beauty Experience 48-03

48 a rosy-brown creme, a very office-safe shade. Quite pigmented and glossy (two coats); it reminded me of Chanel Khakis and all "earthy" shades that came out that year.

03 white pearly/frost - perhaps you know that this is the finish/color I dislike the most (not to say "hate"), so I won't express my opinion on the shade (I have nailblogger friends that like it); application was easy, despite brush strokes, a typical feature of this finish.

48 laccato marroncino-rosato molto coprente e lucido; un colore secondo me  molto sobrio-da ufficio (mi ha ricordato il periodo in cui erano usciti gli Chanel Khakis e i simili "naturali").

03 bianco perlato: sapete che questo è uno degli smalti che meno mi piace (per non dire proprio "aborro" :-P), quindi non commento il colore in sé (ci sono delle amiche smaltare a cui piace); la stesura comunque è stata agevole, al di là delle striature tipiche di questa finttura.

N.6 Beauty Experience 24-51

 

24 black creme, could be a one coater on short nails (two on mine). Really easy to apply (no cleanup in my pics)!! 

51 golden flakes in a semi sheer base. I tried it on its own (two coats in the pictures with bottles), then I tried adding two more coats, but I think that it works better as a layering polish (check it on black)!

24 nero laccato, su unghie corte basterebbe una passata densa (due sulle mie lunghe/larghe); facilissimo da applicare, quello che vedete nelle foto è il risultato senza pulizia di rifinitura!

51 un mare di particelle dorate in una base semitrasparente. Swatchato dopo due passate (foto con boccetta). In un secondo momento ho provato ad aggiungere altre due mani, ma secondo me dà il suo meglio su una base colorata, qui l'ho provato sul nero.

E questi erano gli ultimi due, spero vi sia piaciuto il post, anche se lunghissimo!!

N.6 Beauty Experience - preview & info

Info-teaser post!! I'm working on a picture-heavy post about the N.6 Beauty Experience polishes that you see aligned here above, and I wanted to write general information about this brand in a separate (and not picture-clad) post.

If you are "old" :-P readers maybe you recall seeing a couple polishes from this Italian brand on my blog (n. 36 and n. 35, please turn a blind eye on 2011 nails&pics).

This brand now launched their on line store, where you can find their complete collections (eye-lips-face-nails); at present they don't ship internationally, but there might be a market expansion soon, so keep an eye on their Facebook page for updates!

About products I received: as you can see I was provided with polishes and polish remover (the kind PRs thought of everything ^_^):

• N.6 Beauty Experience polish n. 03 - 09 - 24 - 25 - 28 - 29 - 39 - 48 - 51 - 52 (unfortunately they have no names)

Oggi un post info-teaser, perché sto lavorando al mega post sugli smalti N.6 Beauty Experience (che vedete belli allineati nella prima foto) e vorrei anticipare qui tutte le informazioni relative al marchio.

Le lettrici "anziane" :D forse si ricorderanno di un paio di smalti N.6 Beauty che avevo mostrato nel 2011 (sono il n.36 e il n.35, chiudete un occhio su unghie e foto di quel tempo); da me si trovavano al Bennet ed in un negozio carino di bigiotteria che poi ha chiuso.

Ora il marchio ha lanciato il suo store on line, dove si può trovare l'assortimento completo dei prodotti (viso-occhi-labbra-mani), con tutte le collezioni, novità ed esclusive riservate solo alla vendita on line. 

Ovviamente la parte più interessante per me era quella mani e le gentili PR hanno pensato veramente a tutto, mandandomi non solo degli smalti, ma anche il necessario per rimuoverli ^_^:

Direct sunlight - Sole diretto

This is a color I've swatched a couple months ago but always postponed my review, maybe because I really like it so I knew I had to think a lot about the what to write (I'm lazy and sometimes too pernickety when writing, until I've get enough of my endless revisions and impulsively decide to "publish" the post :-P).

It's a black shimmer, with a lot of  green/lilac microglitter; actually under direct sunlight they mainly seem silver, but the polish is quite stunning, also considering that here you see two coats without top coat (pretty shiny for a shimmer, huh?).

Indoors - Luce naturale

Ho swatchato questo smalto un paio di mesi fa ed ho sempre rimandato la stesura del post. Forse perché mi era piaciuto molto e sapevo che sarei stata una vita a scrivere la recensione (sono pigraaaa e anche un po' precisina, finché non mi stufo di ritoccare i termini e la punteggiatura e schiaccio "pubblica post", magari lasciando qualche svarione). Allora, lo smalto è della N.6 Beauty Experience, lo si trova in certi supermercati (appesi in quegli orrendi blister di plastica) oppure in negozi specializzati (informazione utile solo alle ragazze del FVG: io l'ho preso al centro commerciale di Pradamano in un negozio che si chiama Beauty in Progress - EDIT ci sono tornata proprio oggi pomeriggio e sembra che a fine mese chiudano :-( ). 

Ottima copertura in due mani (si stende bene), nella boccetta si notano i microglitter riflettenti verde/lilla, sotto il sole sembrano principalmente argentati. Comunque pur essendo shimmer resta molto lucido (non ho messo top coat). Io l'ho trovato fantastico!! Costo: di norma dovrebbe essere attorno ai 3,9 € - quando l'ho preso io era scontato del 30% , quindi decisamente abbordabile.

The first polish I try from this brand. I found it in a shop on sale, at 1,99 € (usual price is between 3 and 4 €) and bought it immediately, as I thought it was a pretty foil. It's nice and sparkly but it took four thick coats to achieve the pictured result (my coats limit is usually three, more means laborious/tedious to me); slow drying time. To see if it could be good for layering I applied a coat on a black creme: not bad! Now I'm using it for frankens, I love the sparkles it adds!

Indoors - Interno, luce naturale

Il primo smalto che compro di questa marca, trovato in negozio a 1,99€ (ma forse era in offerta, mi pare che il prezzo sia sui tre euro e rotti) e comprato al volo perché mi sembrava un foil. E' molto carino e luccicoso ma sono servite quattro mani per il risultato fotografato (e io stendo denso, eh). L'asciugatura è stata anche abbastanza lenta.
Tanto per provare ne ho steso uno strato sopra un creme nero, non male. Ora lo sto usando per i franken, mi piace molto l'effetto sparkly che dà.
