The last vampy I'll post (for a while) as my nails - finally - grew longer and I started swatching also different colors. This one belongs to Essence LE Return to Paradise and it's a reddish dark brown, slightly shimmer (judgding by the bottle). It's a little bit runny and with thin layers it takes three coats to achieve perfect coverage; in my pictures you could see the difference between three coats (pointer and ring fingers) and just two (middle and pinkie); unfortunately shimmer is not noticeable visible on nails. Bottom picture: experiment I did adding a coat of Orly Matte, that gave nail a "rubber" effect instead of a satin one.

L'ultimo vampy che vi propino (per il momento), dato che nel frattempo le mie unghie sono cresciute e ho cominciato a swatchare anche cose più colorate. Della LE Return to Paradise Essence, il 01 Jungle Drum: un marrone rossiccio molto liquido con shimmer leggeri. Se si stende sottile servono tre mani (e viene più scuro ovviamente); nelle mie foto indice ed anulare con 3 mani, medio e mignolo con due; lo shimmer sull'unghia purtroppo non è praticamente visibile. Ultima foto:  un esperimento con una mano di Orly Matte, che ha dato un effetto più “gommoso” che satinato.

NOTD: Essence LE Return to paradise: 05 Sun Downer

Yesterday I found in a shop the Essence LE Return to Paradise display...Unfortunately both green and purple polish were completely sold out, but I can't resist a LE so I bought two out of the remaining three, the orange 05 Sun Downer and the vampy brown 01 Jungle Drum.

Here is the first one: a nice orange-red with micro golden shimmer (they are really "micro" so the result is very subtle yet glowing). Even if it belongs to a summer collection, I think this colour could be a good fall one, too (it remainds me of pumpkins). In my pictures: two coats (quite easy to apply), no top coat.

Ieri ho trovato l'espositore della LE Return to paradise all'OVS del Terminal Nord (si sa mai che qualcuna di voi passi per il FVG...;-)). Tutto presente tranne gli smalti verde e viola. :-( ..Siccome non resisto alle Limited Edition ho preso comunque l'arancio scuro 05 Sun Downer ed il marrone vampy 01 Jungle Drum.

Ed ecco qui il primo (non ho resistito alla prova immediata): un arancio intenso con micro shimmer dorati (molto micro, quindi il risultato è di luminosità diffusa), carino e secondo me portabile anche d'autunno (mi fa pensare alle zucche). Nelle foto due passate (molto agevoli), niente top coat.
