NOTD: Orly Prelude to a Kiss

Direct sunlight - Sole diretto
Shade - Luce indiretta
Another polish from Orly Cool Romance today: Prelude to a Kiss, a soft color, but not dull at all!
It's a soft light pink, a warm but not orangey shade (just place it next to a real peach polish and you will see the difference - check picture at the bottom of the post).

Texture is light, this is not the usual “dense creme” and application is good, when you learn how to manage polish :-)
Here is what I did, considering the fluidity of this polish (also mint and grey have similar features), not “heavy” as a creme, yet not runny.
First of all the brush requires some dripping, especially if you tend to apply thick coats, like I do, because it's not wide or extremely large, but it loads really a lot of polish (which could be useful for girls with very long nails).
Then it's better to apply polish in few strokes, as retouching/adding strokes means just dragging polish and leaving uneven spots; if you don't mess polish, it tends to even out by itself while drying, and two coats can be enough to have a nice opaque result.
Anyway it took me a couple swatches to realize it ^_^, so in this picture you will see the result of two coats on index and ring, three on middle and pinkie.

Despite the softness of the shade, it really turns out vibrant on nails (not the usual chalky pastel) and so glossy, I really love it!
