NOTD: Orly Jealous, Much?

It seems that mint green is still a must have in Spring, Dior (here is Waterlily swatched by KarendD) and YSL included subtle shimmer ones in their recent collections and today I'll show you the “light crème” from Cool Romance (shade is a tad cooler than Dior one, anyway): Jealous, Much?

It's a pastel mint slightly muted (this is what I thought, even if in my pictures it seems quite bright) and has a light texture: imagine a crème with a pinch of jelly.

It requires some care during application (see the long version of the story in my Prelude to a Kiss post – central part): you just have to apply few strokes without re-touching, polish gets even by itself white drying.

Two coats in my pictures except on middle finger where I applied a third one to cover a small dent.
BTW Editing my pictures I noticed that nails with two coats seem streaky and I was really surprised as in real life they seemed perfect (maybe I was dazzled by sunlight).
I'll try this polish again to check the real result, in the meantime I can state that with three coats you're safe!

I liked it very much, despite the “lobster hands” effect (mint greens do that on me), also this one is really super glossy.

Anche in questa stagione il verde chiaro va alla grande, sia Dior (qui vedete Waterlily swatchato da KarenD) sia YSL lo hanno scelto, in versione con shimmer leggeri, per le loro collezioni primaverili; il colore proposto da Orly nella Cool Romance, leggermente più freddo, è  Jealous, Much?
All'inizio mi è parso abbastanza tenue (forse con una punta di grigio), anche se poi sulle mani è decisamente "colorato"; finitura leggera, come un laccato con una punta di jelly .

Va steso un po' di attenzione (spiegazione versione estesa nel post di Prelude to a Kiss, parte centrale), anche qui meglio applicare poche passate senza insistere con i ritocchi, lo smalto asciugandosi si uniforma da solo.

Due mani nelle foto, tranne il medio dove ne ho date tre per sistemare un segnetto (non avevo voglia di rifare l'unghia :-P).
Tra l'altro editando le foto ho notato che le unghie con due passate sembrano non uniformi e sono rimasta 0_0: dal vivo mi sembravano perfette, sarò stata abbagliata dal sole?
Mi riservo di riprovare, nel frattempo diciamo che con tre passate si è sicuramente a posto!

Anche questo super lucido :-) carino anche se su di me, come tutti i verde chiaro, fa un po' l'effetto mani da aragosta.
