Essence Nail Art Magnetics - 01 Miracle Shine!

Direct sunlight - Sole diretto

Many brands are releasing magnetic polishes lately: just here in Italy I can mention Layla, Pupa, Deborah...
My first polish of this type was a "metallic" from Essence and as I liked it very much, when permanent (so far) line of Nail Art Magnetics came out, I bought almost all of them.
I read some negative reviews about these polishes and I wanted to add my two cents, as for me they work well enough as magnetics, despite their low price, and a couple of them are great for stamping, too.
Let's start with Miracle Shine, a metallic grey with a strong fuchsia hue; stripes that come out when “magnetized” are dark grey, anyway I think this polish is nice also in its plain form.
Usually these polishes are one coaters, for these pictures I applied two coats, because after first one I wasn't satisfied about how stripes turned out. I was using a highly technological magnet - :-P check below - and I had to learn how to hold it properly and make stripes with desired pattern. Anyway I just slapped another coat of polish on the previous one and started again.
The only advice I can give you on these polishes is: work quickly. I do one nail at a time: apply polish, place brush back into bottle without screwing and draw magnet really close to the nail, if you can keep it at 1-2 mm from surface you will see it working very fast.
If I had to find a fault in these polishes, I'd say colors, I think the collection is missing bright colors as green, purple, red, blue...But Essence might release them in the future, in case this trend continues.
So, what do you think about magnetics? Will they last or it's just a short-lived trend (as I consider crackle polish)?

Magnetici: li stanno facendo tutti ultimamente: Layla, Deborah, Pupa...!
